Meridian Gardens is located across the street from Columbus Community Hospital. Take 38 street west until you are almost to 48 avenue. We are located on the south side of the street.
Meridian Gardens offers a cutting edge approach to assisted living. The community offers five sizes of apartments and six levels of care. An assessment is done to determine the needed level of care.
